• WHAT DOES THE "PUBLISH" FIELD MEAN ON THE REQUEST FORM?

This field should be either answered by Yes or No.

Yes: Badawi Design Studio is granted permission to share and advertise the livery.

No: The livery must be shared only with the customer.

Note: This is only an option for fictional requests.

• I JUST SUBMITTED A REQUEST, WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE TEAM TO GET BACK TO ME?

Currently, your order is being evaluated by our professional team. If things go well, you'll receive a quote with a due date, that also directs you to the payment form. If the team can't move forward with your design for any reason you'll be notified.

Note: Full payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the quote, otherwise the order will be canceled.

• I'VE ALREADY PAID THE FULL AMOUNT, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY LIVERY?

No firm delivery dates are given, if any were shared these are always flexible and subject to change.

Every livery we make should stand to Badawi Design Studio standards before getting published, which usually takes 4-6 weeks of hard work.

• WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY LIVERY IS DONE?

You'll be notified immediately and our team will upload your livery to our website -if permission to publish was granted- or you'll receive a permanent link on your email address.​

• WHAT IF I HAD ALREADY PAID AND THE TEAM COULDN'T DO MY LIVERY? 

You'll be shortly notified and receive a full refund or use your credit to request another livery.​
