This field should be either answered by Yes or No.
Yes: BADAWIAVGEEK is granted permission to share and advertise the livery on their own site.
No: The livery must be shared only with the customer.
Note: This option is only available for fictional requests.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST, WHAT'S NEXT?
Currently, your order is being evaluated by our professional team. In case we can't design your request for any reason we'll get back to you and apologize for the inconvenience. If things go well, you'll receive an acceptance email that includes an invoice with a due date, that also directs you to the payment form.
Note: Payment must be done within 48 hours of the acceptance email, any delays mean order cancellation.​

I'VE PAID, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY LIVERY?
No firm delivery dates are given, if any shared these are always flexible and subject to change.
Each livery made with BADAWIAVGEEK standards might take 4-6 weeks of work.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY LIVERY IS DONE?
You'll be notified immediately and our team will upload your livery to our website if its a PUBLIC REQUEST, otherwise you'll receive a Google Drive Download Link.​

WHAT IF BADAWIAVGEEK TEAM CAN'T DO MY LIVERY? (POST PAYMENT*)
You'll receive a full refund as a SimMarket voucher, or you can request another livery.​
Note: Discounts might be provided in future to affected customers.

WHAT IF AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS?
Though it's unlikely with our professionalism, we'll look further into the defects, fix them and note them down for improvement purposes. Also, we'll survey the community about the quality, if its considered bad, you'll be issued a refund voucher and a discount for your next order.

ARE ALL DOWNLOAD LINKS ON THIS SITE SAFE?
Every shared file on this site is stored on Google Drive, coming from a viruses-free PC and is checked by Google Drive virus scanner. Never be scared of us, and hear about us from the community.
